13. How to enrol with the Australian College of Theology
If you wish to have any of your subjects credited towards a Diploma or an Advanced Diploma, you must enrol each semester with The Australian College of Theology. This means lodging the official "Enrolment in ACT Units" form by the Administration Date(s) for your subject(s). See the end of Section 15.5 "Variation of enrolment with The Australian College of Theology" in this handbook for a list of these dates for each of the subjects offered at Mary Andrews College in 2010.
These forms are available at each centre. Your lecturer or the Registrar will help you to fill out the form. Mary Andrews College will collect the completed forms. Please either give your form to your lecturer, who will pass it on to the Registrar, or give it to the Registrar directly.
You are responsible for ensuring that the enrolment form is with the Mary Andrews College Registrar by the Administration Date(s) for your subject(s).
If Mary Andrews College receives your Australian College of Theology enrolment form after the Administration Date(s) for your subject(s), you will need to speak to the Registrar. It is possible to still lodge your enrolment with the payment of a late penalty up to the Census Date for that semester (31st March or 31st August). See Section 15.5 "Variation of enrolment with The Australian College of Theology" in this handbook for information on the procedures to follow in this situation.
Australian College of Theology fees have already been incorporated into the subject fees.
New and continuing students complete the same "Enrolment in ACT Units" form. Download "Enrolment in ACT Units" form.
