2. To enable you to begin the task of integrating biblical perspectives with personal relationships;
3. To provide opportunity for you to learn relationship skills under supervision.

An introduction to the skills involved in personal relationships, with opportunity for experience-based learning and evaluation.
Section A Theoretical Study (60%)
1. Biblical principles and pastoral perspectives on human relationships and caring
2. Personal communication skills, listening, body-language, handling conflict
3. Introduction to some theories of relationships
4. Introduction to theories of conflict resolution
5. The development of personal relationships in Christian ministry
Section B Field Work (40%)
6. At least 10 hours' workshop experience in developing and understanding personal relationships, conducted by an approved supervisor
7. Participation in conducting and observing interviews and discussions.
