Join the MAC Team

We are currently recruiting for two positions for the Mary Andrews College (MAC) team within the context of Anglican Deaconess Ministries (ADM). We invite applicants for both positions and especially from those who could be the right fit for a combined 0.8 FTE position.

Applications and Enrolment Registrar

We are looking for an Application and Enrolment Registrar to join the Mary Andrews College team. Our team is passionate about seeing women from every generation be equipped to serve Jesus, especially in the space of discipleship and pastoral care for mental health.

The purpose of the Application and Enrolment Registrar is to be the key contact point for prospective students applying for study at MAC and for continuing students to enroll in units. The five areas of responsibility specific to the Application and Enrolment Registrar are:

  • Coordinating the prospective student application process.
  • Coordinating the unit enrolment process.
  • Coordinating the annual graduation event for Mary Andrews College.
  • Coordinating church partner administration.
  • Community engagement and involvement.

This position is presently 0.6 FTE.

Mental Health & Pastoral Care Institute Course Administrator

The Mental Health & Pastoral Care Institute (MHPCI) is central to the strategic direction for Mary Andrews College. A key priority for the Institute is preventative strategies within the local church to promote mental health and wellbeing. The Institute’s online courses are a part of this preventative strategy. The Co-Directors of the MHPCI are seeking a Course Administrator for the equivalent of a 0.2 FTE position, though flexibility to balance this work over a week would be preferred.

The purpose of the Course Administrator is to provide user support for the Institutes’ online courses. Responsibilities of this position are:

  • User support for MHPCI Online Courses
  • Maintaining online course administration
  • Collating online course data
  • Community engagement and involvement
