  • As an affiliated college of the Australian University of Theology (AUT), Mary Andrews College is approved to deliver the courses of the AUT. The Australian University of Theology is a self-accrediting national Higher Education Provider (HEP), which operates as a consortium of independent affiliated colleges. The tuition fees are set by the Australian University of Theology on an annual basis. More information about tuition fees is available at https://www.aut.edu.au/tuition-fees.

Payment of Fees

For fee-paying students, invoices will be emailed with further details once unit enrolment is confirmed. Fee payment is required prior to commencing study and can be paid either by bank deposit, debit or credit card.

Financial Assistance

  • A small number of bursaries are available for women who wish to study the MAC Certificate in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Care yet are hindered by their financial situation.

    For each unit, the bursary will contribute 75% of the fees. Bursary holders must attend classes (either in person or online) and attempt all assessments.

    Applicants must be involved in formal or informal ministry at their church and demonstrate a need for financial assistance.

  • A FEE-HELP loan scheme is available from the government for eligible Australian citizens to cover tuition fees for the Australian College of Theology Undergraduate Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Graduate courses. Completion of the entire course is expected, and repayment of the FEE-HELP loan and loan fee is based on personal taxable income. Please read carefully the government information on the Study Assist website.

    If you would like to apply for a FEE-HELP loan, you can indicate this during the online enrolment process. 

    • Eligible students can apply for a government FEE-HELP funding loan by filling out an Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF). New students enrolling in relevant diploma courses and current students changing courses need to complete a new eCAF.

    • The FEE-HELP application form is completed via the Department of Education’s online portal. Eligible students will receive an email from the Department of Education and Training with instructions on how to log in and fill out the eCAF for your course on the government’s ePortal.

    • You will need your Australian University of Theology (AUT) student number and tax file number (TFN) on hand before attempting to complete your eCAF online.

  • Some full time students enrolled in AUT Undergraduate Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Graduate courses may be eligible for Austudy / Abstudy or other assistance from Centrelink.
